Leah is an experienced public and private sector communications professional who has held a range of senior communications roles during her career. She has specific strengths in communications strategy, corporate relations, media engagement, media training and crisis response. 

Having experience working in both inhouse and agency roles, she is skilled at engaging across an organisation, quickly appreciating the need at hand and helping to develop an appropriate communication approach to achieve the desired outcome. She has a proven record of developing communications that support senior leaders, empowering both leaders and communications teams to effectively engage with their key audience to protect and grow their corporate reputation with internal and external stakeholders and the public.   

Leah has worked in Wellington, Auckland and London across a variety of private sectors including tourism, insurance and finance, internal engagement and change management.
